A local marketplace where listings move.

Deal Once is a video first place to buy, sell, rent, hire, and find work nearby. Listings open as short reel style previews, so people see an item or a role in motion before they commit. Create a listing from a photo with AI help and a suggested price. Identity checks, chat in the app, and card payments sit in the same app, including a personal hub for listings, orders, and receipts.

A public record for predictions.

TellShots is a social forecasting platform. You post a call before the outcome exists, lock it with a timestamp and a confidence level, and let the result verify on its own. Accuracy, calibration, streaks, leaderboards, and shareable certificates turn “I called it” into something another person can check. It is a reputation product, not a sportsbook: no house odds, no pooled wagers, no payout wallet.

How an engagement runs

Four moves, then the work is yours.

  1. Frame

    The job, the constraint, and the proof that would tell us it worked. We would rather shrink the brief than decorate it.

  2. Shape

    Interface, narrative, and a scope tight enough to build. Product and advisory stay in the same room while this happens.

  3. Build

    Release in increments on mobile, web, or both. Payments, identity, content, and AI show up when the product needs them.

  4. Hand over

    The organisation should be able to run what we made. When the point is transformation, the handover is the product.
